This has been an amazing experience from start to present! He is absolutely loving the care he is being provided!! What an awesome team taking care of my grandson!

The workers are nice and I like the colors of their braces. I also like the waiting area amd just how my progess with my teeth have gone.

The staff at Pack is warm and friendly, especially Denise at the front desk. I love that they call the kids by name as they enter and there is VERY rarely a wait. I also appreciate that Dr. Pack doesn't immediately push children into braces unless it is warranted. It never feels like they are trying to drive up the price or keep kids in braces for an inordinately long time. We highly recommend Pack Orthodontics to anyone looking for an orthodontist in the Middle TN area.
