The workers are nice and I like the colors of their braces. I also like the waiting area amd just how my progess with my teeth have gone.

The staff at Pack is warm and friendly, especially Denise at the front desk. I love that they call the kids by name as they enter and there is VERY rarely a wait. I also appreciate that Dr. Pack doesn't immediately push children into braces unless it is warranted. It never feels like they are trying to drive up the price or keep kids in braces for an inordinately long time. We highly recommend Pack Orthodontics to anyone looking for an orthodontist in the Middle TN area.

Both my kiddos are patients of Dr. Pack. We looked at multiple orthodontists and definitely made the right choice when we chose Pack. Friendly, helpful staff, especially Denise who remembers everyone! Dr. Pack is knowledgeable, skilled, and practiced - we trust his experience. We also appreciate what the practice offers... and doesn't offer... while you wait. The movie room was especially helpful for my little one waiting for his sister. Other waiting rooms had snacks and cookies which we did not want with our kids' food allergies. Orthodontics is a long term relationship and investment. We are glad we chose Pack!
